How to Increase Ejaculate Volume

For many men, the volume of their ejaculate is associated with increased libido, fertility, and sexual prowess. Yet, this desire stems from more than simple vanity. Some great content here. However I do take issue with the categorical statement of "at least three days" of no masturbation prior to having sex with one's lover is "almost essential".

The optimal interval varies from person to person, and is directly affected by how well you are doing at taking care of yourself, i.e stress management, nutrition, abstention/moderation of alcohol/marijuana use, sleep, recreation, etc. and how well balanced these things are in your life.

I know for a fact that there are times when I can masturbate in the morning, have sex with my lover in the evening and have incredible orgasms with copious ejaculate. I will be 59 in a couple months.
